We propose to add [`sarxarray`](https://tudelftgeodesy.github.io/sarxarray/) to the ecosystem list. This is an Xarray extension for handling [Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR)](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Synthetic-aperture_radar) data. We implemented read/write and basic implementation functions as Xarray extension, and integrated Dask to allow chunk-wise operations.
