just a tip, @Illviljan: as a maintainer you can usually restart specific workflows from the job details window, so there's no need to restart everything by reopening

There seems to be issues with the py37 CI's though

the error is: RuntimeError: Access is denied. which looks like a issue with Github Actions / mamba (not sure what exactly, though).

This PR looks good now.

There seems to be issues with the py37 CI's though. It happens in several PRs at the moment. Any ideas?
