@DangoMelon Yes, I can reproduce. JFTR: The dimension has to be renamed to some generic name (dim0) in order to work with dask apply_gufunc.

I think a shallow copy like dask_gufunc_kwargs.copy() would be sufficient in our case. But, as this need to be fixed, I'm sure a PR is welcome anyway.
