There is some intersection with my "multidimensional coordinates" tutorial: http://xarray.pydata.org/en/stable/examples/multidimensional-coords.html At the least, we should standardize the terminology in the docs. Are these "irregular coordinates" or "multidimensional coordinates"? I don't particularly care, but we should be consistent. |
