Similarly, I was able to run code where I can save over .nc files by overwriting the file name and now I run into this same issue when running the same code. I get the following error: OSError: [Errno -101] NetCDF: HDF error It is coupled with this error message: # ensure file doesn't get overriden when opened again I tried updating my conda environment libraries including explicitly installing and updating hdf5 to 1.10.2 and writing the following on the command line to no avail: export HDF5_USE_FILE_LOCKING=FALSE export lock=false |
