So did this remove/rename LazilyIndexedArray in 0.10.2? Because I'm getting an attribute in the custom xarray backend I wrote: https://github.com/Unidata/siphon/blob/master/siphon/cdmr/xarray_support.py

I don't mind updating, but I wanted to make sure this was intentional.
