The corresponding issue can be found here: https://github.com/Unidata/netcdf4-python/issues/941 It seems that there is no solution yet. Since it seems that it is a HDF5 issue I don't know if any other backend could fix this issue for you (I tried h5netcdf without success). I will close this issue for now since we cannot fix it anyway. |
