Found this after some googling, and it was very helpful. I went with option (1), but Xarray nowadays requires you to do
```bash
ds_res = ds.resample(time='Q-FEB')
```
instead of 
```
ds_res = ds.resample('Q-FEB', 'time')
```
Result is the same, just the syntax that changed.
