Actually its not really an issue and its not related to xarray, i'm using [falcon](https://falconframework.org) to make a REST API which provide netCDF data with xarray/dask.
According to falcon [benchmarks](https://falconframework.org/#sectionBenchmarks), pypy has better performance.
